Congratulations on choosing to continue your journey through CERT 2 – Pillar Apprentice.

This program has been designed to help you deepen your understanding of The Pillar Code Framework for Life and to apply the knowledge within your own life, business and personal relationships. By enrolling in CERT 2, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Personal Use Licence

Your enrolment provides you with a personal licence to access the CERT 2 training materials, resources, manuals, recordings and online content.

These materials are provided for your personal learning and development only.

You may utilise the knowledge, principles and tools throughout your own life, business, family and friendships. However, all written, digital, video and recorded materials remain the intellectual property of The Pillar Code.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute any course materials.

  • Upload materials to websites or social media.

  • Share your login details with another person.

  • Sell, licence or give away any part of the course.

  • Teach or present CERT 2 content as your own.

  • Use the materials to create another course, workshop or training program.Bullet List 2

2. Intellectual Property

All course content, manuals, videos, presentations, graphics, templates, worksheets, scripts, processes, the 9 × 27 Matrix, Coding processes and associated intellectual property are owned by The Pillar Code and/or Patti-Jane Ashley.

Your enrolment does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in removal from the course and legal action where appropriate.

3. Scope of CERT 2

CERT 2 is an education and personal development program.

Completion of CERT 2 does not qualify you to:

  • Advertise yourself as a Pillar Practitioner.

  • Provide Pillar Practitioner sessions for payment.

  • Charge fees using The Pillar Code methodology.

  • Represent yourself as trained or Licenced to deliver The Pillar Code professionally.

Professional delivery of The Pillar Code is available only through successful completion of CERT 3 – Pillar Practitioner and the current Licencing requirements.

4. Applying Your Learning

You are encouraged to apply the principles and tools throughout your own personal growth and, where appropriate, with family members, friends and within your own business.

Any assistance you provide to others should be informal and should never be represented as professional Pillar Practitioner services unless you have successfully completed CERT 3 and hold a current licence.

5. Continuing Your Journey

CERT 2 is designed to deepen your understanding of The Pillar Code and empower you to apply the Framework for Life in your own life, business, family and friendships.

However, your personal use of these tools does not replace the value of maintaining your own journey with a Licenced Pillar Practitioner. Continuing your personal growth through The Pillar Code Programs provides ongoing support, accountability and the opportunity to continue expanding your Peace, Purpose and Prosperity.

6. Live Training

CERT 2 includes lifetime access to all future scheduled live CERT 2 training events while the program continues to be offered.

Where possible, live training sessions will be recorded and made available to enrolled students.

Occasionally, technical difficulties or circumstances beyond our control may prevent a recording being available. While every effort will be made to record each session, recordings cannot be guaranteed.

7. Course Access

Your enrolment includes access to the online learning platform, downloadable resources and bonuses as outlined at the time of purchase.

The Pillar Code may update, improve or expand course content over time to ensure the highest quality learning experience.

8. Respectful Learning Community

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment.

Students are expected to treat fellow participants, trainers and team members with professionalism, respect and kindness.

The Pillar Code reserves the right to remove access to the course or live sessions where behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or disruptive.

9. Health and Professional Advice

CERT 2 is an educational program designed to support personal awareness, growth and wellbeing.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice.

You should always seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances.

If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, you should consult your doctor or relevant healthcare professional.

10. Individual Responsibility

Every person's journey is unique.

While many students experience significant personal growth, outcomes will naturally vary according to each individual's circumstances, participation and application of the material.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results throughout the program.

11. Payments

Payment plans must remain current throughout the course.

Should scheduled payments cease without an agreed arrangement, access to the online learning platform may be temporarily suspended

until payments are brought up to date.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Use of The Pillar Code Name

Upon successful completion of CERT 2, you may state that you have completed The Pillar Code CERT 2 – Pillar Apprentice.

However, you must not represent yourself as a Pillar Practitioner, Licenced Pillar Practitioner, trainer, or an authorised representative of The Pillar Code unless you have successfully completed CERT 3 and hold a current licence.

14. Confidentiality

Throughout your learning journey, you may hear personal experiences or stories shared by other participants during live training.

We ask that all students respect the privacy of others by keeping these discussions confidential and contributing to a safe, supportive and

respectful learning environment.

15. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Your feedback helps us continue to improve The Pillar Code and our training programs.

From time to time, we may invite you to provide feedback, testimonials or participate in research relating to student outcomes. Any testimonials or identifiable information will only be used with your permission.

16. Proprietary Framework

The Pillar Code Framework, including the 9 × 27 Matrix, Coding processes, course structure, manuals, resources and the teachings of GEORGE (Globally Enlightened, Origin Restoring, Governing Energy), form part of the proprietary intellectual property of The Pillar Code.

These resources are provided exclusively under your Personal Use Licence and may not be reproduced, adapted, taught, published or commercially utilised without the prior written permission of The Pillar Code.

17. Changes

The Pillar Code may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always apply to future access and participation.
